What makes intelligence thoughtful?
We study how they behave, where they genuinely help, and what thoughtfulness means when intelligence becomes part of products and everyday life.

Useful before impressive
Capability must improve what matters
01
Knowing when not to act
Restraint is part of the design
02
Capability is not authority
Able to decide isn’t should decide

Artificial intelligence

New capabilities arrive almost every week. Models can write, reason, search, use tools and act on our behalf.
But capability alone does not tell us what a system should do. We are less interested in adding intelligence everywhere than in understanding where it belongs.
- What should a system know?
- What should it remember?
- When should it act?
- What should it explain?
- What should remain a human decision?
- When does intelligence genuinely make a product better?
We build prototypes and products when making something helps us understand those questions more clearly.
We share what we learn through essays, notes, experiments and useful tools.
