Terms of use
The rules for using this site, and the limits of what you can rely on here.
Last updated: 21 September 2026
1Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to www.wholearc.ai and any content, tools, or materials we make available through it (together, the "Site"), operated by WholeArc Intelligence ("WholeArc", "we", "us", "our"), Bangalore, India.
By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" means that organisation.
3Services and separate agreements
The Site describes our research, writing and work with intelligent systems. Nothing on the Site is an offer to contract, and no engagement begins until we sign a written proposal, statement of work, or order form with you.
Where such a signed agreement exists, it governs that engagement. If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails for the scope it covers.
4Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or any connected network.
- Probe, scan, disrupt, or overload the Site or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content, or use automated means to collect data, except for standard search engine indexing.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any part of the Site.
- Upload or transmit malware, or any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or misleading.
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.
5Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, layouts, code, logos, and the WholeArc Intelligence name and marks — are owned by WholeArc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the Site for your own internal or personal informational purposes.
You may not copy, republish, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, other than short quotations with clear attribution and a link back. Ownership of deliverables produced under a paid engagement is set out in the relevant signed agreement, not here.
6Submissions and feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about our services or the Site, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or compensation. Please do not send us confidential information through the Site — use a signed non-disclosure agreement instead. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
7Artificial-intelligence-generated content
Some material on the Site, and some tools we may offer, are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence systems. Artificial intelligence output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision. You are responsible for verifying any output before acting on it, and for ensuring your use of it complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you.
8No professional advice
Content on the Site — including articles, working notes, and frameworks — is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice, and it does not create a consultant-client relationship. Get advice suited to your own circumstances before acting.
9Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or model providers. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.
10Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including articles and descriptions of our work, without notice and without liability to you.
11Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Site will be secure or free of viruses or errors.
12Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WholeArc and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed INR 10,000 (ten thousand rupees). Liability arising under a signed engagement is limited by that agreement instead. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold WholeArc harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. The sections on intellectual property, submissions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.
16Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
17Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
18General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with any signed agreement between us, are the entire agreement on this subject.
